Free shipping worldwide on orders over $99.
For U.S. Customers:
- We aim to check and pack orders within 5 business days. You will be notified via email if any item is out of stock.
- Orders from the U.S. will usually arrive within 7-15 business days of shipment, depending on your destination.
For International Customers:
- We aim to check and pack all orders within 5 business days. Notification will be sent via email if any item is out of stock.
- All international orders typically arrive within 7-28 business days of shipment, depending on your destination.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- We cover all customs duties and fees for the following countries: USA, Germany, France, UK, Canada, Italy, Australia, Spain, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, and Hong Kong.
- For the rest of the world, while we will try to minimize customs duties, any customs and import duties, fees, or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require us to indicate the value of your order directly on the package.
- We are not responsible for undelivered packages if the recipient refuses to pay customs taxes and duties.
Delivery
- We are unable to refund or replace any packages that are confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure; we cannot issue a refund for orders not received due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insecure shipping address.
- Items marked undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address can be reissued only when they are received back, and this will incur a re-shipping fee.
- If you find that your order information is incorrect, please contact us at StudmireRubeo3059@outlook.com with your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out, and as soon as possible.
- We will do our best to deliver your order to your door; however, in rare cases, customers might need to pick it up from their local post office. Please note that we cannot issue a refund if customers refuse to collect packages from their local post office.
- We are unable to refund or replace any packages that are refused by the recipient. Packages will not be returned to our warehouse since we ship from overseas.
